Shared governance at UTEP is currently being redesigned to ensure ongoing faculty participation in conformance with SB 37 and Regents Rules.
In the interim, we will be handled the core functions previously tasked to the Faculty Senate. Questions regarding the operation of the University-wide committees --- In particular the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, Academic Policy Committee, Faculty Welfare Committee, Student Grievance Committee, Student Conduct Committee, and Research Committee --- and offers to help, may be directed to Craig Field, cfield@utep.edu.
